The Praha Outdoor Performance Stage (POPS) Committee was formed in 2022 by the New Prague Area Arts Council (NPAAC).  Since April of 2023 it has operated under the Forward New Prague Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation.

The Committee is made up of leaders from the community, city, arts groups, school district and other interested individuals from the greater New Prague area.
